Chciałbym zacząć od tego dlaczego ja (Lider Zjednoczonych) publikuję oświadczenie partii Dyktatorów w sprawie nowych podatków - sam poprosiłem, by uzasadnili swoje działanie, a z naszej deklaracji ideowej jasno wynika, że zamiarujemy informować o poczynaniach rządu.
Zatem poniżej znajdziecie polskie tłumaczenie oświadczenia wydanego przez rzecznika Dyktatorów (
Dochód był bardzo niski, a rynek niestabilny.

Chcielibyśmy zachęcić do walki, więc robimy bardzo niski podatek od sprzedaży. Dzięki temu ludzie którzy zdecydują się walczyć, będą mieli niskie ceny bez konieczności proszenia Orga lub MU.
Mimo to, najlepszym sposobem na granie na e-sim jest praca dla MU. Płace są najwyższe, ponieważ nie obejmują podatku.
50% podatek od wszystkich którzy nie walczą (jak NPC)*, zarobi na wsparcie w większej skali dla walczących.
Mam nadzieję że sprawdzicie dochody z podatków i rynek walutowy za kilka dni i zobaczycie, że mam rację.
BTW, nie dbamy o to, kto będzie CP. Chcemy tylko dobra Polski od kiedy zdecydowaliśmy się zagrać tutaj.
1 Izraelczyk może pokonać 10 innych osób. Utrzymamy się pomimo dużo większej armii przeciwnika i nigdy się nie wycofamy jak cipki. Nawet jeśli nie dostajemy się do rządu. Kraj to nie rząd, kraj to ludzie. Jeśli walczysz - to twój.

Z jednej strony działania rządu są zrozumiałe - w innych krajach często panowały takie podatki. Co nie zmienia faktu, że część osób przeniesie się z firm wytwarzających niezbędne do walki przedmioty do zakładów nieobjętych nowym podatkiem (produkcja pszenicy, biletów, drewna, itd.) co może wywołać zapaść gospodarczą. Jest to pewna luka - korzystna dla obywateli, ale nie dla gospodarki.
Rozwiązanie to, moim zdaniem, mogłoby też dać szansę Orgowi na rozwinięcie własnych firm, które w zasadzie na pensje wydawałyby o połowę mniej niż konkurencja, bo reszta i tak wróci. Lecz nie wiadomo dlaczego Dyktatorzy nie korzystają z tej możliwości.
Część naszych kongresmenów (ze Zjednoczonych) była za, część przeciw. Odbiło się to na głosowaniu, zatem widoczne jest, że w naszej partii nie ma dyscypliny głosowania. Nasi kongresmeni chcą zarówno dobra obywateli jak i państwa, nawet gdy obywatele nie są przekonani do pewnych rozwiązań. Ja jestem zasadniczo przeciwny tym reformom co nie znaczy, że nie rozumiem pobudek władzy.
Twoje wybory decydują o tym kto rządzi w kraju. Jeśli chcesz zmieniać politykę dołącz do partii Zjednoczeni - największej partii na Harmonii. U nas każdy może mieć swoje zdanie, jesteśmy gotowi dyskutować i podejmować śmiałe działania.

but, if most of the pepole dont fight they all sell thier PLN and make it's rate to go down, and it is not covering the use on market.
there for , we decided to put high tax on income (which is what on most contry's very accptable due NPC) even if it make polish pepole to get less wages. in fact it is for it.
than they monetry will be more stable be geting out pln every day.
on the outer hand, we want to encorge fighting, so we make very low tax on sell\import so that pepole who will chose to fight will have low prices with out the need to ask gov\mu for supply.
still, the most best way to play e-sim is to work for supply for an MU , it is the best salary since no tax involve.
the 50% tax on all polish who i am now considering like npc becuse no fight will make the profit needed to give those who fight free supply in larger scale.
i hope u all will check the tax and MM in cople of days and see i am right.
BTW, we dont care about who will be the CP , we only carre it will be good for poland since we chose to play here.
israelis can win 1 person aginst 10 , we are holding up aginst much bigger army's and we never dont back down like pussy's even if we are not accpting the gov. the contry isnt the gov , the contry are the pepole. if u fight - it is yours.

On the one hand, the government's actions are understandable - other countries often have such taxes. Some of our congressmen (from Zjednoczeni party) were for, the part against. This was reflected in the vote, so it is clear that there is no voting discipline in our party. Our congressmen want both the good of citizens and the good of Poland, even when citizens are not convinced of certain solutions. I am fundamentally opposed to these reforms, which does not mean that I do not understand the motives of goverment.

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
